Every time Wandr calls the AI on your behalf, that counts as 1 request. This includes:

Counts as 1: Building a new itinerary. Refining an itinerary ("add a cooking class on Day 2"). Updating the language of an existing itinerary.

Never counts: Viewing a saved itinerary. Downloading a PDF. Changing your preferences. Loading the app.

Think of it like this — every time you click "Build my itinerary" or "Update", that's 1 request.

Free tier: Resets every day at midnight UTC (8:00 AM Singapore time). So if you used both requests on Monday, you get 2 fresh ones on Tuesday morning.

Explorer & Nomad: Resets on the 1st of every month. Your subscription anniversary doesn't matter — everyone resets on the 1st. Unused requests don't roll over.

Yes — guests get the same 2 requests per day as the Free tier, with no account needed. The only difference is your itineraries aren't saved. If you close the tab, they're gone.

Signing up (free) gives you the same 2/day but with itinerary saving, so you can come back to your trips anytime.

Yes. Free, Explorer, and Nomad all use the exact same AI model with the same prompts. You're not getting a "lite" version on the free tier.

The only AI difference is that Nomad gets priority response speed — their requests are processed first during busy periods. In practice this usually means a few seconds faster.

Yes. Cancel anytime from your account settings. You keep your paid tier until the end of your billing period, then drop to Free. Your saved itineraries are never deleted — you just can't generate new ones above the free limit.

Wandr supports English and Bahasa Indonesia. Switch using the EN / ID toggle in the top-right corner. The full interface and your itinerary output switch instantly.

When Bahasa Indonesia is selected, the AI writes the itinerary in natural, fluent Indonesian — not a translation. Place names and landmarks always stay in their original language.

Wandr gives specific, insider-level recommendations — not generic top-10 lists. That said, always verify opening hours and booking requirements directly with the venue before your trip, as these can change.

If a recommendation seems off, use the Refine feature: "Replace the lunch spot on Day 2 with something more casual" works perfectly.

Yes — enter multiple cities in the destination field. For example: "Tokyo and Kyoto, Japan" or "Bali and Lombok". Wandr will distribute the days across both and account for travel between them.

For best results, specify the split: "3 days Tokyo, 4 days Kyoto" gives clearer instructions.

Yes — use the Refine box at the bottom of your results. Examples that work well:
• "Swap Day 2 for more street food and less sightseeing"
• "Add a half-day cooking class somewhere in the trip"
• "Remove all museum visits and replace with outdoor activities"
• "Make the evening of Day 3 more relaxed"

Each refinement counts as 1 AI request from your allowance.

Yes — use the Copy button for clean formatted text, the WhatsApp button to send directly to a contact or group, or Save PDF to download a printable version.

All text is automatically stripped of formatting symbols before sharing, so it reads perfectly in any messaging app.

Absolutely. Wandr works just as well for domestic trips — weekend getaways, city breaks, or regional road trips. Just enter your destination normally: "Yogyakarta" or "Bandung" works fine.

For Indonesian destinations, the AI has strong local knowledge — from warung recommendations to hidden cultural spots most tourists miss.
